Miki Herme Morita is a Japan-born entrepreneur based in New York. She is the Founder and Global Editor-in-Chief of Oui Speak Fashion (OSF)®, a global fashion & beauty business media platform, and the Founder and CEO of L Media Group, a U.S.-based company specializing in media, brand strategy, and marketing.

Based in New York, she has built an international career over the past 13 years in the fashion and beauty industries, establishing a strong track record across media operations, brand strategy, and marketing.

As a fashion journalist, she regularly covers major fashion weeks around the world, conducting interviews with leading luxury houses as well as emerging designers. Through her editorial work, she provides in-depth analysis of global market trends and brand growth strategies. In parallel, she works as a consultant and marketing strategist, supporting global market entry, brand positioning, and storytelling—particularly between the U.S. and Japan—through practical, results-driven strategic guidance.

She currently also serves as a local coordinator for the Fashion, Textile, and Beauty Division at the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) New York Office, where she supports Japanese companies expanding into the U.S. market.

Combining editorial sensibility with business and strategic insight, she delivers culturally informed, outcome-oriented solutions and continues to support the growth of next-generation global brands.
